So who was the person who hung out when the rain was falling and when we couldn't get into the camp ground, and we didn't know if we would ever

find a spot that was high and dry and then found that other thieving Sooners took our space and then had to find another space and then find out if we had electricity  and water and a place to hide banjos and room for all of the campers that were soon to come?

That is the sort of person who deserves the 2009 Turtle Award! 

No, not this person.  This is the kind of person who stays in town when it rains, and then shows up later and says "GOOD WORK, ALL."

This person is the kind of person who leaps into the water with all instruments soaking  (Or maybe Tammy hoped that some of them would become water- logged and fail to return home.) and secures a dry spot for (with electricity for the blenders) for us all.
