Well, every year a Winfield theme reveals itself.  A person just needs to sit back and wait for the Muse to show it. Some years become known as the "The Year of the Rain", or "The Year of the Heat" or "The Year of the Cold", or "The Year we first heard - - - ".  And some years are all of those combined.

2005 could be known as "The Year of More Music".  We have always had great music around the Brigadoon tent, but this year it seemed better.

Or, it could be known as "The Year The Trailer Came to Camp"

But it will definitely be remembered as
                                "The Year We Wuz Robbed !"

But then we get a bit more mellow, and remember that there is always something else to see around Walnut Valley
